Coding Progress
As a class, we have been learning basic coding using Khan Acadamy. I have taken an accelerated pace due to my previous knowledge of HTML and CSS. I then chose to skip SQL and Java for Game design to move on to, in my opinion, the most interesting part of JAVA: Natural simulations. I am currently working on generating smoothly random numbers from 0-1 in relation to a changing time reference using Perlman noise. This has many applications, especially in the generation of natural 3d structures and cliffs.
